Focused Occupational Case Review - Fixed-fee pricing applies to focused occupational injury reviews with all associated medical records and a clearly defined question, such as OSHA recordability, causation, treatment appropriateness, over-treatment, or return-to-work concerns.
Expedited (24 hour turn-around): $750
Standard (72 hour turn-around): $500
